Pet-Friendly Apartments in Maple Shade, New Jersey
Don't forget to bring your furry, four-legged companion along. We know your pets are an important part of the family which is why we are pleased to accept both pets and service animals at our community. Choose from our pet-friendly floor plans and find your perfect apartment home.
Restricted Canine List
Below is a list of dog breeds, restricted from the Community. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time and at the Community’s discretion. Renters may not own or otherwise bring, or allow others to bring, the following breeds onto the Community property.
All discretion regarding permissible pet(s) is held solely by the Community. Only dogs and cats are permitted as pets.
Restrictions:
Dog Breeds:
- Akita
- Presa Canario
- Chow-Chow
- Doberman
- German Shepherd
- Rottweiler
- Husky
- Malamute
- Pit Bull
- Saint Bernard
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
* Any hybrid or mix of one of these breeds.
Poisonous Animals:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals:
- Reptiles (Snakes or Iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skinks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
- Rabbits
- Birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Macaws)
- Rodents (Mice, Hamsters, Rats, Gerbils)
Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See below for our restricted breed.
